About
Acacia (often referring to cassie, Acacia farnesiana) smells honeyed and powdery, with green, spicy-balsamic and almond–hay facets, a mimosa-like brightness, and faint violet–leathery nuances that feel sun-warmed and nostalgic. Perfumers use it sparingly to deepen floral bouquets (mimosa, violet, iris, rose), lend cosmetic powder and honeyed warmth to chypres and orientals, and add soft leathery complexity in floral–leather or gourmand accords.
