Boronia is an Australian wildflower note with a luminous, honeyed-floral character that blends sweet, apricot/peach-like fruitiness and light citrusy topnotes with soft green and faint tea‑like or resinous undertones. It reads as warm, nectary and slightly indolic yet clean, evoking sunlit petals and orchard fruits. In perfumery boronia is used as a heart note to impart radiant, juicy-floral complexity—often supplied as an absolute or recreated synthetically—and is paired with orange blossom, osmanthus, jasmine, honey, woods and musks to give fruity‑floral, chypre or gourmand-tinged compositions a bright, sensual center.
