About
Jacaranda is an airy, powdery floral note with lilac–violet and heliotrope nuances, a faint honeyed-grape facet, and dewy green sap over a soft, sun-warmed woodiness, evoking streets carpeted with purple blossoms and the shimmer of a spring breeze. Used mostly as an accord rather than a natural extract (and sometimes also denoting Brazilian “jacarandá” rosewood), it’s built from ionones, heliotrope/almond facets, light musks, and linalool-rich woods, placed in the heart to add dreamy radiance and to bridge floral bouquets with gentle woods.
