Maninka is an African fruit note with a distinctive profile reminiscent of passionfruit and dried apricot, wrapped in a mellow, rum-like liqueur facet with nuances of cocoa, hay, and soft leather that feels sun-warmed, velvety, and faintly bittersweet. In perfumery it is used mainly as a heart note to impart exotic, sensual fruitiness and smooth ambery warmth, often linking spicy tops to leathery, cacao, woody, or aromatic bases in modern masculine and unisex compositions.
