About

Manuka has a warm, honeyed-resinous character cut with herbal, tea‑tree and camphoraceous nuances—slightly balsamic and leathery rather than sugary—evoking windswept shrubland and wild honey collected from native blossoms. In perfumery it’s used to add natural honeyed sweetness, waxy-resin depth and a medicinal warmth, strengthening oriental, amber or woody accords and blending well with citrus, labdanum, cedar, lavender and other honey or balsamic elements for rustic, healing or leathered facets.
