Z11™ is a powerful woody‑amber note with an ultra‑dry, cedar‑vetiver profile and a mineral, slightly metallic edge, evoking hot sawdust, pencil shavings, and sun‑warmed driftwood with notable radiance and persistence. In perfumery it is used to impart structure, lift, and a crisp dry backbone to woody and amber constructions, reinforcing chypres and fougères in traces or forming the core of minimalist modern woody accords at higher dosages.
